Terms of Use

Acceptance of these terms
By using AcnePath ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What AcnePath is
AcnePath is a free, informational tool. It helps you understand acne, explore treatment options — including the Accure Acne Laser — and find board-certified dermatologists near you. You may also choose to send an inquiry to a clinic through the Service.
Not medical advice
AcnePath is not a medical service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI skin analysis, treatment information, and before/after previews are for general informational purposes only and may not be accurate for your situation. Using AcnePath does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or other qualified health provider before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.
Provider listings
Dermatologist listings are compiled from public sources, including the NPI Registry and Google Places. AcnePath does not employ, recommend, endorse, or guarantee any provider, and is not responsible for the care any provider delivers. Please verify a provider's credentials, licensing, and availability directly with them.
Inquiries you send
When you choose to send an inquiry, the contact details and message you provide are delivered to the dermatology clinic(s) you select and to Accure, as described in our Privacy Policy. AcnePath does not guarantee that a clinic will read or respond to your inquiry, or that any particular treatment will be available or suitable for you.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information about yourself when sending an inquiry.
- Use AcnePath only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
- Do not upload images of anyone other than yourself without their consent.
Intellectual property
The AcnePath name, design, text, and original content are owned by AcnePath and may not be copied or reused without permission. "Accure" and the Accure Acne Laser are products of their respective owner; AcnePath references them for informational purposes only.
Third-party services
AcnePath relies on and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcnePath and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any treatment decision you make.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
